The first day our teacher told us that the following day we had to bring to class something related with our experience school. Then, the day that we brought these objects, the teacher said to us that we had to show our objects to our team and then de had to prepare a brief explication about why we had chosen those elements. Later, team by team, a member of them was explaining it to all the collages.
These are our objects:
Rosario brought Letrilandia Books which is a collection of three books. She decided to bring those books because she learnt to read with them.
The objects that María chose were two: my english and my maths books. The reasons why I have chosen them is that I have always liked my english and maths teachers and the way that they had teaching me, so I think they are the principal reasons because now I love these two subjects.
Carmen brought a story she wrote when she was 9 years old. Each child of her class had to write a story. Then, the teacher joined all the stories together. She thinks that it was nice because now she has a memory of her classmates.
Paula’s object was a yearbook of her school when she was at the last year of primary school. It is a magazine that her school made each year with some photos of the students. This object is so special for her because now, she can remember each year of the school and the classmates and professors that she had.
In our opinion, we all have liked this activity because it made us to remember a lot about our childhood. Listening to the different experiences of our partners was great and funny and we were even thrilled with some stories.
We think that this exercise have been useful because it has helped us to realize that there are some differences between the different types of schools and the different kind of teaching of each professor. Furthermore, we could realize that although we sometimes didn't like to go to the school, it was a magnificent experience. 💗
